Complete responsibility for development and management of all real estate assets including residential, commercial, industrial properties, and marinas. My responsibilities included planning, design, permitting, financing, sales, construction, leasing, and operations. Also served as Broker of Record for Cape Coral Development handling all sales and leasing of Avatar's commercial and industrial holdings and Cape Coral Realty, a wholly owned subsidiary providing property management and brokerage services. Projects included numerous residential developments, marinas, industrial buildings and hotel renovations.

1981 to 1988
Responsibilities for all planning and development for all of Avatar's assets in Florida. Accomplished the development of a time share resort, the platting of 6,000 dwelling unit development including commercial, office, and educational facilities in Ocala, 1170 dwelling unit golf course community in Martin County, a 375 unit golf course community and a 5000 unit manufactured home community in Brevard County, and a 200 slip marina in Hollywood. Reviewed all potential acquisitions including a 5,000 dwelling unit development in Highlands County.

Project Manager for Metcalf and Eddy (International Consulting Firm)
1977 to 1981
Responsible for project planning and preparation of Environmental Impact Studies needed to satisfy government requirements for approval. Major projects included a 600,000 square foot office building for American Bankers Insurance Group and the South Beach Redevelopment Project (Miami Beach).
